Hotel Val De La Cascade - Stavelot

The hotel is in a fantastic location, right next to the river and near the beautiful waterfalls. It provides easy access to rail links, making it convenient for exploring the area. The rooms are well-equipped with basic amenities and even have a TV. The staff provides excellent service and attention to detail, ensuring a comfortable stay.

All in all, our experience at this hotel was great and I couldn't find anything to fault.

Additionally, the hotel is conveniently close to rail links, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.

We also had some issues with the noise level at times, which made it difficult to relax completely. although there were some aspects of our stay that could have been improved, we enjoyed our time at the hotel and appreciated the convenient location and beautiful surroundings that it offered.

The lack of attentive staff. the room lighting was inadequate, and we had to carry our bags up several flights of stairs.

Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. the rooms are old and feature very little in the way of modern amenities. the bathrooms are subpar, and the service is below average. the breakfast is decent, but nothing to write home about. the hotel lacks in all areas and wouldn't be worth revisiting.

Noise levels at night are quite high due to nearby theme parks.
